About

Hailing from the Valleys of South Wales, Jules Gardner is a singer songwriter with a multi octave voice and cinematic tunes that sport huge vocals & multiple guitar layers, yet the choruses and melodies remain instantaneous. Jules writes songs that have depth and meaning and are lyrically potent, whether dealing with social issues, life in general, first person perspective or tackling political subjects, Jules always tries to connect with the listener. Having just finished the of recording his debut solo EP, while also having various tunes picked up for a national TV series, the next twelve months are set to be a productive and creative period.

Jules has a strong songwriting background in various bands that has seen him work with major management companies and also having his material released via labels as varied as: Some Bizarre, Universal Music, Copro, TKO Records Japan, Parabellum and various others. Jules has also worked as a co-producer and collaborative writer on various solo singer releases for labels such as Polydor and Mercury records and continues to produce various projects for bands & vocalists.

Performing live since the age of fourteen, Jules performs acoustically as a solo singer guitar player and with a larger ensemble. Musically branching between Acoustic Rock & AltFolk, with subtle tinges of country & alternative genres interspersed within the tunes. Utilising live layering of musical passages, combined with great melodies and virtuoso lead work also gives the music a full, varied and unique flavour. As a performer who loves to connect with listeners, Jules loves audience interaction and taking the material out into the live arena, where (COVID restrictions permitting) he'll be touring & performing throughout the UK and Europe in later half of 2024

2024 will also see the release of Jules debut Album, including two singles coming out in the autumn...

Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent. ”
